Upload speeds are normally max upload speed of your connection, i.e. 30k /sec and download speeds are in excess of *400k /sec* you can test for yourself via the front page. UK server is located at London Docklands and US server is in Dallas, both are on 100mbit connections, and are backed up daily

I use the Internet 24/7 and am online all the time, you can connect to IRC via the link on the front page and talk to me about anything anytime of the day.
